Professor Xu Weidong, Professor Yu Ying, Professor Fu Qiong, Professor Wang Yanmei and Professor Hu Xiaojin attended the 2020 Annual Conference of China Law Society Commercial Law Research Association in Xiamen from October 31 to November 1, 2020. The conference was hosted by Xiamen University Law School. More than 400 experts and scholars from law schools, scientific research institutions, people’s courts, law firms and other departments attended the meeting. The academic topic of this annual conference is “Revision of Company Law and Modernization of Commercial Rule of Law”.

Professor Fu Qiong delivered a keynote speech entitled “Capital System Reform from the Perspective of Corporate Governance”. Professor Xu Weidong gave a keynote speech entitled “Innovation of Supervision Paradigm Based on Credit Commitment-Supervision Approach to Modernization of Credit Rule of Law” at the 4th Session. Professor Yu Ying presided over the debate session regarding female scholars on the topic of “Focus on governance institutions and revision of company law- from female perspective”. Professor Hu Xiaojing, as an invited guest, participated in the debate and made remarks on “Observation and Prospect of Contemporary Development of Commercial Law in the Context of Science, Technology and Finance”.
